Job Title:  Experienced Forklift Operator – Marina & Yard Operations

Employment Type:  Full-Time

Work Mode:  On-site / Outdoor Marina Environment

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support daily marina and yard operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while assisting with boat transportation, launching, and storage activities.

This role requires strong teamwork, attention to safety standards, and the ability to work in outdoor environments.

If you have 2+ years of forklift or heavy equipment operation experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a passion for marina, boatyard, or outdoor operational work – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Heavy Equipment Operations

• Operate marina forklifts, tractors, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently

• Move, rack, and launch boats as required

Equipment Inspection & Safety

• Inspect heavy equipment regularly for damages and maintenance concerns

• Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times

Reporting & Communication

• Report equipment damages, accidents, and operational issues to management

• Assist with daily marina and yard activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating

forklifts or heavy equipment

• Valid Driver's License required

• Clean driving record required

• Strong

communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a

fast-paced outdoor environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Marina forklift experience preferred

• Experience with docking or marina management systems preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to

lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to

stand or sit for extended periods

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
