Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Job Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
This role focuses on diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and supporting overall patient health and wellness in a community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care services.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
2. Preventive Care & Health Education

Promote preventive healthcare and early disease detection.

Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and wellness strategies.
3. Collaboration & Care Coordination
-
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Coordinate patient care with specialists and other providers.
4. Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in electronic health systems.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical guidelines.
5. Professional Development & Quality
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Engage in continuing medical education and professional growth.
Qualifications
Education & Training
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
Experience & Skills

Strong clinical knowledge in primary care and family medicine.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week).
