Job Overview

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

This role focuses on diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and supporting overall patient health and wellness in a community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care services.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

2. Preventive Care & Health Education

• Promote preventive healthcare and early disease detection.

• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and wellness strategies.

3. Collaboration & Care Coordination

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other providers.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in electronic health systems.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical guidelines.

5. Professional Development & Quality

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Engage in continuing medical education and professional growth.

Qualifications

Education & Training

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).

Experience & Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge in primary care and family medicine.

• Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week).
