Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages

Conduct physical examinations, patient assessments, and medical evaluations

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate

Patient Education & Wellness

Educate patients on preventive healthcare, wellness, and disease management

Promote a positive and patient-centered care environment

Documentation & Collaboration

Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications

Education

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program

Licensure

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure

Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

Family Practice or Primary Care experience preferred

Experience providing patient-centered care in outpatient settings

Strong commitment to preventive healthcare and wellness initiatives
