Job Title: Family Physician
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
The role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive care, and supporting overall community health.
The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care and improving healthcare access for diverse and underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Deliver preventive care, including routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.

Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

Valid and unrestricted medical license (as per location requirements).

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine (preferred).

Experience in primary care or family medicine practice.

Experience in outpatient or community health settings (preferred).

Strong commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual skills (e.g., English with Spanish or other languages).

Experience in community health or federally qualified health centers.

Familiarity with public health programs and healthcare systems.
