Job Title:  Family Physician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

The role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive care, and supporting overall community health.

The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care and improving healthcare access for diverse and underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Deliver preventive care, including routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.

  • Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license (as per location requirements).

  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine (preferred).

  • Experience in primary care or family medicine practice.

  • Experience in outpatient or community health settings (preferred).

  • Strong commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills (e.g., English with Spanish or other languages).

  • Experience in community health or federally qualified health centers.

  • Familiarity with public health programs and healthcare systems.
