Key Responsibilities
As the Field Director, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and field execution.

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily accreditation and certification survey operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strict adherence to accreditation standards.

Team Management: Lead a distributed team of field representatives through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.

Quality Assurance: Monitor survey quality and operational efficiency through field observations, report analysis, peer reviews, and direct assessments.

Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of operational goals, policies, and process improvements to enhance workflow and compliance.

Collaboration: Partner with internal scheduling and planning teams to coordinate survey activities and optimize resource allocation.

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary authority on healthcare accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and survey processes.

Education: Lead training sessions and educational initiatives to keep field staff aligned with the latest regulatory changes.

Field Presence: Travel regularly to conduct site evaluations, provide on-ground support, and maintain visibility with the team and clients.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.

Licensure: Active clinical licensure (RN, PT, etc.) is preferred or required based on professional discipline.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare leadership or operational management experience.
- Strong background in ambulatory healthcare operations is preferred.
- Proven experience managing large, distributed teams and operational workflows.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare accreditation, regulatory compliance, and survey processes (e.g., AAAHC, Joint Commission, CMS).
