Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including month-end close, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, develop forecasts, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) for financial modeling and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an accounting team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors is beneficial, along with familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.
