KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:
Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays)
Surgical extractions (simple and complex)
Molar endodontics (root canal therapy)
General and emergency dental treatments
Diagnose dental conditions and present clear, ethical treatment plans
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff
Maintain an efficient and organized patient schedule
Build long-term patient relationships through excellent chairside manner
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Active Ohio state dental license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration
Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
Clinical proficiency in:
Surgical extractions
Molar endodontics
General restorative procedures
Strong communication and patient education skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
Earning potential: $175,000 – $350,000+ per year (base + production-based incentives)
