Job Title: Geotechnical Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and project-focused Geotechnical Engineer to provide high-quality engineering analysis and project management services from inception to completion.
The Geotechnical Engineer will evaluate subsurface conditions, develop foundation and grading recommendations, and deliver technical solutions in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support project success. Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Analysis:

Perform geotechnical engineering evaluations and subsurface investigations

Develop and implement foundation exploration programs and laboratory testing plans

Conduct engineering analysis including slope stability, settlement, and bearing capacity
Technical Reporting:
- Prepare clear and comprehensive geotechnical engineering reports and proposals
Supervision & Leadership:
- Supervise field technicians, drilling crews, and support staff during investigations
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate project records, logs, and technical documentation
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with physicians, engineers, architects, and interdisciplinary teams
Safety & Environment:
- Support a safe and professional environment for field staff, site visitors, and clients
Mentoring:
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Geotechnical or Civil Engineering program (Bachelor’s required)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of geotechnical engineering experience (5–15 years preferred)
Certifications & Licenses:

Current Professional Engineering (PE) License (required)
