Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in the sign industry.

This role is focused on creating accurate, high-quality signage designs while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with signage design, including technical drawings and client-ready proofs, along with the ability to balance creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop signage layouts, including monument signs, channel letters, cabinet signs, and post & panel signage

• Create client proofs and presentation-ready designs

• Prepare scaled drawings and permit/submittal-ready files

• Ensure designs meet production, material, and installation requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs

• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and turnaround time

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sign industry graphic design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing production-ready files
