Job Title: Health and Well ness Director (RN / LPN)

Salary Range: $90,000 per year
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health and Wellness Director (RN/LPN) to lead clinical operations within a senior living or healthcare setting.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing resident care, managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting overall health and wellness.
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Operations

Lead and supervise nursing and care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery

Conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning and health monitoring

Manage medication administration and clinical documentation
Resident Care & Coordination
-
Develop and update individualized care plans based on resident needs

Act as the primary clinical point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare providers
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance

Lead quality assurance initiatives, audits, and inspections
Team Management & Development

Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff

Support staff development and retention initiatives
Qualifications
Education & Certification
-
Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program
-
Active RN or LPN license (in good standing)
Experience
- Prior clinical leadership experience required

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
