Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels throughout the warehouse.

This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse locations, and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory shipments accurately and in a timely manner

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records

• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory discrepancies or concerns to management

• Replenish inventory from overflow storage locations to designated picking areas

• Assist with warehouse organization and location labeling initiatives

• Maintain orderly storage of products and ensure inventory is easily accessible

• Support daily warehouse operations and inventory-related tasks

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Required Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

• 1–3 years of inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience (preferred)

• Experience with inventory counts, stock management, and

warehouse operations

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a

team

• Strong problem-solving and

conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a

fast-paced environment
