Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to improve production efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to production operations, troubleshoot process issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, throughput, and operational performance.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field and 2–5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience – and you're passionate about process optimization, root cause analysis, and production support – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Provide daily engineering and technical support to manufacturing operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve production and process-related issues

• Develop, document, and standardize manufacturing procedures and work instructions

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives

• Improve

production efficiency, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

Engineering Change Management

• Process and implement engineering change orders (ECOs)

• Update drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation

Product & Technical Support

• Provide technical support for product manufacturability and quotations

• Support customer and vendor inquiries related to manufacturing processes

• Collaborate with suppliers regarding technical specifications and process capabilities

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain engineering documentation, process standards, and technical specifications

• Support

quality and manufacturing procedures

• Assist with PPAP documentation and related requirements

Environmental, Health & Safety

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and

PPE requirements

• Support safety improvement initiatives and hazard reporting

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications

Education

Experience

• 2–5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience (preferred)

• Experience with manufacturing operations, assembly lines, and process optimization

• Proficiency in CAD software and

Microsoft Office Suite
