Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to improve production efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support to production operations, troubleshoot process issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, throughput, and operational performance.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field and 2–5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience – and you're passionate about process optimization, root cause analysis, and production support – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support

Provide daily engineering and technical support to manufacturing operations

Troubleshoot and resolve production and process-related issues

Develop, document, and standardize manufacturing procedures and work instructions
Continuous Improvement

Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
-
Improve
production efficiency, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Engineering Change Management
-
Process and implement engineering change orders (ECOs)
-
Update drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
Product & Technical Support
-
Provide technical support for product manufacturability and quotations
-
Support customer and vendor inquiries related to manufacturing processes
-
Collaborate with suppliers regarding technical specifications and process capabilities
Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain engineering documentation, process standards, and technical specifications
-
Support
quality and manufacturing procedures
- Assist with PPAP documentation and related requirements
Environmental, Health & Safety
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and
PPE requirements

Support safety improvement initiatives and hazard reporting

Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
Education
Experience
-
2–5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience (preferred)
-
Experience with manufacturing operations, assembly lines, and process optimization
-
Proficiency in CAD software and
Microsoft Office Suite
