Job Title: Junior Litigation Associate / Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join a dynamic legal team.
This role offers an opportunity to develop legal expertise across multiple practice areas while supporting litigation, compliance, and client advisory functions.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering high-quality legal support.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Documentation & Compliance

Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, agreements, and contracts

Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance matters
Client Advisory & Representation

Assist in advising clients on legal strategies, risks, and compliance requirements

Support litigation and dispute resolution processes
Collaboration & Case Management

Work closely with senior attorneys to manage case files and legal matters

Support case preparation, documentation, and legal strategy execution
Independent Work & Development

Manage assigned tasks and deadlines efficiently

Conduct legal research and draft reports with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of legal experience (post-qualification preferred)
