We are seeking an experienced Lead Inpatient Therapist to serve as Clinical Supervisor in an inpatient behavioral health setting in Texas.
This hybrid leadership role combines clinical supervision, direct patient care, and program development to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Clinical Supervision & Leadership
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to behavioral health staff
Monitor staff performance and adjust caseloads and assignments as needed
Provide individual and group supervision, training, and mentorship
Assist with staff evaluations and performance improvement plans
Support onboarding and ongoing training of new staff
Direct Patient Care
Carry and manage an active patient caseload
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
Ensure delivery of high-quality therapeutic and case management services
Provide crisis intervention support and case consultations
Compliance & Quality
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Maintain knowledge of best practices in behavioral health care
Program Development & Collaboration
Collaborate with leadership on program development and improvements
Participate in meetings and contribute to clinical program strategy
Support staff development and program improvement initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health field
Active professional license in Texas (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience in behavioral health or inpatient mental health settings
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic practices
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inpatient psychiatric or acute care settings
Expertise in crisis intervention and case management
Experience conducting individual and family therapy sessions
Familiarity with clinical documentation systems (EHR/EMR)
Training or experience in staff development and program improvement
Additional Requirements
CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Training in crisis prevention and intervention (including restraint/seclusion protocols)
Ability to participate in on-call or weekend coverage as needed
