Job Title:  Legal Assistant

Full-time | On-Site

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support daily legal and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate will help maintain efficient office workflows, manage documentation, and provide support to attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize digital filing systems for case documents, mail, and records

  • Scan, categorize, and manage incoming documentation

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

  • Support attorneys, paralegals, and management with administrative tasks

  • Learn and utilize legal case management software

  • Operate office equipment such as scanners, computers, and copiers

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed

Qualifications

Education

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in a professional office environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
