Licensed Architect

California architectural licensure is required. Licensure in multiple states is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee architectural construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit

• Manage multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, and deliverables

• Review architectural drawings for accuracy, coordination, code compliance, and quality control

• Review and respond to

submittals and RFIs

• Coordinate with clients, internal Architecture and MEP teams, consultants, landlords, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders

• Help maintain and improve quality control standards across the Architecture team

• Assist with the training, mentoring, and development of the Design team

• Research and interpret applicable building codes and jurisdictional requirements

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

• Help ensure projects meet client expectations, schedules, and internal standards

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with active NCARB certification

• Minimum of

5 years of experience as a registered Architect

• California architectural license required

• Active architectural licenses in multiple states are a strong plus

• Experience producing and reviewing architectural construction documents for industrial, light commercial, and/or retail projects

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Experience with BIM coordination and management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Experience reviewing submittals and RFIs

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction documents, and project coordination

• Ability to independently manage projects while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
