Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate will assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function while ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Therapy Administration

• Administer physical therapy treatments according to the treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

Patient Monitoring & Documentation

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

Patient & Caregiver Education

Compliance & Support

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinical procedures

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification required

• Valid Driver's License required

• Reliable transportation with proof of liability insurance required

• Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings preferred
