Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

• Assist physicians, providers, and clinical staff with patient care and medical procedures

• Deliver quality nursing care based on individualized patient needs and treatment plans

• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising providers

Documentation & Technology:

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards (HIPAA)

Patient & Family Support:

Care Coordination:

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and care coordination

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience (preferred)

• Previous outpatient, ambulatory care, or clinic experience (preferred)

Certifications & Licenses:

• Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (required)
