Job Title:  Litigation Paralegal

Full-time | On-Site / Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This role involves providing end-to-end litigation support, managing case documentation, coordinating deadlines, and assisting with billing processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong civil litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support

  • Provide support throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case initiation to resolution

  • Draft, format, file, and serve legal documents in compliance with court rules

  • Assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation

  • Conduct legal and factual research to support case development

Case Management

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files

  • Track deadlines, court dates, depositions, and hearings

  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external parties

Billing & Timekeeping

  • Maintain accurate time entries in compliance with billing guidelines

  • Prepare and review billing narratives and pre-bills

  • Track billable and non-billable hours

Required Qualifications

  • Paralegal certification, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal

  • Experience in civil litigation (defense experience preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with legal case management software
