Job Title: Litigation Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active litigation cases in both state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced workload independently while supporting multiple legal processes from case preparation through trial.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support

Assist attorneys in all phases of state and federal court litigation

Scheduling & Coordination

Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, court schedules, and trial dates

Case & Document Management

Organize, review, and summarize medical records, billing documents, and case evidence

Trial Preparation

Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial binders
Communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and legal professionals

Required Qualifications

Minimum

5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience

organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Maritime litigation experience (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Experience supporting
