Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active litigation cases in both state and federal courts.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced workload independently while supporting multiple legal processes from case preparation through trial.
If you have 5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience, a background in plaintiff personal injury litigation, and knowledge of Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Assist attorneys in all phases of state and federal court litigation
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, court schedules, and trial dates
Case & Document Management
- Organize, review, and summarize medical records, billing documents, and case evidence
Trial Preparation

Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial binders

Communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and legal professionals

Required Qualifications
- Minimum
5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience
