The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive support to attorneys in handling civil litigation cases. This role involves managing case files, preparing legal documents, reviewing records, and assisting with client communication. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured office environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm, a paralegal certificate, and strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Records & Document Management

Collect, review, and summarize records related to litigation cases

Manage and organize case files and litigation documentation

Legal Document Preparation

Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and court orders

Litigation Support

Assist in handling civil litigation matters, including specialized case types

Support attorneys in case preparation and strategy

Client Communication

Draft and manage client communications

Coordinate meetings with clients and support attorneys

Administrative & Time Tracking

Maintain accurate records, including tracking billable time

Provide administrative and secretarial support as needed

Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

Paralegal certificate or diploma from a recognized institution

Experience

3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (preferably in a law firm)

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Reliable transportation for on-site work
