JOB TITLE: Maintenance Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility.
This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance operations to support production goals and ensure smooth facility performance

Drive equipment reliability and maximize uptime through effective maintenance strategies

Implement and manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
-
Conduct root cause analysis to identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions
-
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
-
Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruptions

Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
-
Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment

Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices
-
Experience with TPM and root cause analysis methodologies
-
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

Technical degree or certification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
