Maintenance Manager

JOB TITLE:  Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility.

This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations to support production goals and ensure smooth facility performance

• Drive equipment reliability and maximize uptime through effective maintenance strategies

• Implement and manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruptions

• Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

• Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices

• Experience with TPM and root cause analysis methodologies

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
