Our health and well-being focus is entirely on our patients, and we pride ourselves on combining expert technology with compassionate care. As a Mammography Technologist, you will work directly with patients and assist radiologists in administering ionizing radiation during mammography procedures. You will be part of a collaborative team that values excellence, safety, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Digital mammography systems, Technologist Workstations, CAD, Magview, RIS, PACS, and Vacuum assisted Biopsy systems.

• Administer ionizing radiation and perform mammographic procedures according to clinical and national standards.

• Provide exceptional patient care, safety, education, and support services.

• Accurately complete medical records, daily quality assurance (QA/QI) information, and ensure compliance with MQSA, ACR, and ALARA regulatory standards.

• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment; manage daily supply stocking and inventory.

• Perform essential clerical functions, including data entry, telephone communications, and coordinating scheduling for diagnostic exams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:  Successful completion of an AMA-approved training program for radiologic technology.

• Certifications:  Must be actively ARRT registered and hold a current BLS Certification. (Note: If you do not currently hold your ARRT Mammography certification, you must be willing to obtain it within 12 months of your hire date).

• Technical Skills:  Proficiency with digital mammography systems, PACS, RIS, and CAD. Familiarity with Vacuum assisted Biopsy systems, Bone Densitometers, and Stereotactic equipment is a plus.

• Soft Skills:  A positive and engaging personality, superb technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service and patient education.
