Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Director & Attending Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting.

This role involves both clinical practice and leadership responsibilities, including overseeing patient care, guiding clinical teams, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Serve as the attending physician for patients in assigned care facilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

• Provide ongoing, patient-centered primary care

Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants

• Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality of care delivery

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking

Qualifications

Education & Licensing

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• Active medical license (in good standing)

Specializations (Preferred)

• Internal Medicine

• Family Medicine

• Emergency Medicine

• General Practice

• Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
