Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Director & Attending Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting.
This role involves both clinical practice and leadership responsibilities, including overseeing patient care, guiding clinical teams, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care

Serve as the attending physician for patients in assigned care facilities

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Provide ongoing, patient-centered primary care
Leadership & Supervision

Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants

Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality of care delivery
Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking
Qualifications
Education & Licensing

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Active medical license (in good standing)
