You will be responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.

Prepare specimens, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments.

Validate test results and document findings in the laboratory information system.

Collaborate with clinical staff to clarify test orders and report critical values.
Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, Medical Technology, or a related field.

Strong Medical Technology knowledge and experience with diagnostic testing platforms.

Familiarity with Quality Control procedures, proficiency testing, and regulatory compliance.
Technical & Soft Skills:

Technical: Laboratory information systems, diagnostic testing platforms, specimen handling, instrument maintenance.
