Job Title:  National Account Director – Off-Premise

Full-time | Field-based \ Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Director to lead sales and account management for off-premise channels.

This role involves managing key national accounts, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing large-scale accounts within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key national accounts

  • Represent the company portfolio as a brand ambassador to decision-makers

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, proposals, and presentations

  • Coordinate pricing, promotions, and sales programs with internal and external teams

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop account-specific campaigns and materials

  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities

  • Lead training sessions and provide product education to stakeholders

  • Oversee execution of field marketing initiatives

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in national account management, sales, or related role

  • Strong understanding of pricing, distribution systems, and inventory management

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards (preferred)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
