Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Neurologist or Geriatric Physician (MD/DO) to join a comprehensive memory care clinic focused on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based patient care while contributing to ongoing clinical research and advancements in memory disorder treatment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient outcomes, supporting caregivers, and advancing the field of cognitive and memory disorders through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with Alzheimer's disease and other
memory-related disorders
- Perform comprehensive neurological and
cognitive assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings

Coordinate care plans and provide guidance and support to caregivers and
family members

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Participate in clinical research initiatives and support integration of research opportunities into patient care when applicable

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Stay current with advancements in neurology, geriatrics, memory care, and
evidence-based treatment approaches
- Participate in quality improvement and
patient outcome initiatives

Education
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) (required)
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Medical License or eligibility for state licensure (required)
