Job Title: Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to provide advanced surgical and non-surgical care for patients with traumatic injuries.
This role involves working in a high-acuity environment, managing emergency cases, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment for patients with traumatic and acute orthopedic injuries.

Perform emergency and life-saving procedures in high-pressure situations.

Participate in trauma and emergency surgery call rotations, including nights and weekends.

Collaborate with specialists across disciplines such as critical care, neurosurgery, and emergency medicine.

Contribute to trauma care quality improvement programs and registry activities.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Requirements & Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in General Surgery or Orthopedic Surgery.

Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, or Acute Care Surgery (preferred).

Valid and unrestricted medical license (as per location requirements).

ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification (Instructor certification preferred).

Strong clinical, surgical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience

Minimum 2+ years of post-fellowship experience in trauma or acute care surgery.

Experience working in a trauma center environment.
Work Schedule
- Rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
