Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple case files efficiently.
This role involves supporting attorneys across various stages of litigation, handling legal documentation, ensuring compliance, and assisting with contract and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Case Management

Draft, file, and serve legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas

Maintain case timelines, chronologies, and documentation

Manage discovery processes including interrogatories and document production
Contract & Legal Operations Support

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements)

Track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate and organized legal files
-
Monitor deadlines, hearings, and court schedules
-
Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and court rules
Client & Team Coordination

Communicate with clients and external stakeholders regarding case updates

Coordinate with internal teams for legal support and documentation
Qualifications
Education
Experience
- Minimum
2+ years of paralegal experience
- Experience in litigation and small claims matters preferred
Technical & Functional Skills

Proficiency in legal research and case management tools (e.g., legal databases and litigation software)

Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and discovery processes
