Job Title:  Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Position

Work Mode:  On-site / Pediatric Specialty Hospital

Work Schedule:  Weekend Position | Two 12-hour shifts every weekend | Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Pediatric Specialty Hospital team.

The RN will provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and family-centered care.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Provide professional nursing care to

pediatric and neonatal patients

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Collaboration & Education

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures

Emergency Response

Qualifications

• Graduate of an

accredited nursing program

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (preferred)

• Pediatric and/or neonatal nursing experience (preferred)

• Current CPR certification (required)

• Strong

clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills
