Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Pediatric Specialty Hospital team.
The RN will provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and family-centered care.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide professional nursing care to
pediatric and neonatal patients

Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Collaboration & Education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures
Emergency Response
Qualifications
- Graduate of an
accredited nursing program
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (preferred)

Pediatric and/or neonatal nursing experience (preferred)

Current CPR certification (required)

Strong
