Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to handle a high-volume caseload of injury-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, including trial exposure, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal services while managing multiple cases efficiently.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, client-focused service, and a strong commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from start to resolution

Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements

Negotiate settlements with opposing parties

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance

Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient case handling
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Licensed to practice law (relevant jurisdiction)

Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal injury law

Trial experience is required

Strong organizational and case management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
