Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to handle a high-volume caseload of injury-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, including trial exposure, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal services while managing multiple cases efficiently.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, client-focused service, and a strong commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from start to resolution

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements

• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance

• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient case handling

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law (relevant jurisdiction)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal injury law

• Trial experience is required

• Strong organizational and case management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
