Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients in a variety of negligence-based claims.

This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a full caseload while collaborating with a legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial

• Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case value

• Draft pleadings, motions, demand packages, and other legal documents

• Conduct and respond to discovery

• Take and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation

• Work with medical providers and experts to support claims

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal injury law

• Experience handling plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution preferred
