Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients in a variety of negligence-based claims.
This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a full caseload while collaborating with a legal team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial

Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case value

Draft pleadings, motions, demand packages, and other legal documents

Conduct and respond to discovery

Take and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts

Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
-
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation

Work with medical providers and experts to support claims
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Experience Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal injury law

Experience handling plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution preferred
