About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The practice follows a structured care model that allows therapists to focus on patient outcomes while maintaining a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active or eligible license to practice in New York State
-
Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in orthopedic or outpatient physical therapy
