About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active or eligible license to practice in New York State

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic or outpatient physical therapy
