Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of the patient care team.

Treatment Implementation: Administer physical therapy treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities (ultrasound, e-stim, etc.).

Patient Monitoring: Track patient progress and report critical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust care plans as needed.

Patient Education: Teach patients and their families about home exercise programs (HEP) and injury prevention strategies to ensure long-term success.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation following healthcare standards and clinic protocols.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Physical Therapists, front desk staff, and other providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Environment: Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications

Licensure: Active California PTA License is required.

Education: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Certification: Current BLS and CPR Certification required.

Experience: Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles. Outpatient experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates with strong clinical rotation experience.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a diverse patient load in a fast-paced setting.
