Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Physical Therapists to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team in an outpatient geriatric setting. This role involves delivering high-quality rehabilitation services, improving patient mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life. Both new graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy to help patients restore mobility and function

• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one

• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates

• Ability to manage physical workload effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport with patients
