Job Title:  Physical Therapist / Clinical Director

Full-time / Part-time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists, including experienced professionals for Clinical Director roles, to join a collaborative and growth-oriented healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

For Physical Therapist:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on rehabilitation and recovery

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness

For Clinical Director (if applicable):

• Oversee clinic operations and ensure high standards of patient care

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff

• Manage scheduling, productivity, and performance metrics

• Foster a positive team culture and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience (for Clinical Director role)

• Interest in mentorship and professional development
