Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on rehabilitation, pain management, and patient wellness.

The role involves developing personalized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, and functional deficits while promoting overall recovery and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Planning & Rehabilitation:

• Design and implement

individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Provide rehabilitation services focused on strength, conditioning, and mobility improvement

• Lead rehabilitation sessions for patients recovering from

traumatic brain injuries (TBI)

• Background in orthopedic physical therapy

• Experience with chronic pain management

• Familiarity with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams
