Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing Home Health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized one-on-one patient care while enjoying flexibility and autonomy in scheduling.
The Physical Therapist will help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license

Home Health experience preferred but not required – New to Home Health? We'll train you!
