We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care and treatment services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and wellness. Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Treatment:

Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments for patients

Develop and implement
