Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Treatment:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments for patients

• Develop and implement

individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitation treatments

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and continuing education requirements
