Key Responsibilities
Privacy Counseling & Compliance:
-
Advise clients on U.S. privacy compliance laws and regulatory requirements
-
Provide guidance regarding state privacy laws, FTC guidance, and enforcement matters
Regulatory Support:
- Support compliance initiatives related to:
- Children's privacy (COPPA and related frameworks)
- International privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.)
Contracts & Risk Assessment:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts involving
data privacy terms
Client Management:
- Manage client projects independently while collaborating with legal teams
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Regulatory Knowledge:

Strong understanding of U.S. privacy regulations and compliance frameworks

Experience handling
privacy-related contractual matters
Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Licensure:
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus)
- Experience with AdTech compliance and
targeted advertising regulations

In-house legal experience (strongly preferred)

Knowledge of international privacy laws and
information security compliance
- Experience working with technology-focused organizations
