Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring products are produced efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery

Weigh, measure, and mix materials according to specified formulas

Package and transport finished products as required

Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met

Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues

Maintain accurate production records and data entry

Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
