Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring products are produced efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery

• Weigh, measure, and mix materials according to specified formulas

• Package and transport finished products as required

• Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met

• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues

• Maintain accurate production records and data entry

• Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment

• Support continuous improvement and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience Requirements

Key Skills

• Ability to read and follow instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, MS Office)

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Manual dexterity and ability to handle tools

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and handle materials as needed

• Standing for extended periods in a production environment
