Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect/Designer to join our team.

This role involves contributing to the design, development, and execution of a wide range of commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project coordination and communication from concept through construction.

• Develop design solutions aligned with project goals and client requirements.

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Support construction administration, including site visits, reviewing bids, and resolving technical issues.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Create and present design concepts using hand sketches and 3D modeling tools.

• Assist in client communication, expectation management, and internal coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural projects.

• Licensed Architect or actively working toward licensure (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and construction techniques.

• Experience in construction documentation and field observation.

• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar tools.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
