Job Title: Project Architect / Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect/Designer to join our team.
This role involves contributing to the design, development, and execution of a wide range of commercial projects.
The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in project coordination and communication from concept through construction.

Develop design solutions aligned with project goals and client requirements.

Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Support construction administration, including site visits, reviewing bids, and resolving technical issues.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Create and present design concepts using hand sketches and 3D modeling tools.

Assist in client communication, expectation management, and internal coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural projects.

Licensed Architect or actively working toward licensure (preferred).

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and construction techniques.

Experience in construction documentation and field observation.

Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
