Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on a dual role as Project Manager and Project Architect.

In this position, you will lead projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, design intent, and project requirements.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while balancing both project management and architectural responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal development efforts

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and workflows

• Support internal team scheduling and resource planning

• Oversee project budgets and financial performance

• Coordinate across multiple disciplines to ensure project success

• Provide regular updates and maintain strong client communication

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Project Architect Responsibilities

• Participate in project programming and planning activities

• Lead code compliance and zoning reviews

• Conduct product research and develop project specifications

• Oversee the preparation and development of design drawings

• Provide technical leadership to maintain design integrity

• Coordinate design development across all disciplines

• Support and mentor team members throughout the design process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

• Proven experience in both project management and architectural roles

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
