We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience in healthcare or related construction projects to join our team in the Salinas/Monterey area.
In this role, you will lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion – ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including engineers and support staff
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Contract & Financial Management
Manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
Develop and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts
Oversee cost control, change management, and resource planning
Scheduling & Coordination
Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field teams
Ensure alignment between stakeholders and project timelines
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions effectively
Business Development Support
Assist in proposal development, presentations, and project pursuits
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Support implementation of quality control and environmental programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
Experience in healthcare construction projects (strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycle
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse teams
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with construction and project management software tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Knowledge of sustainability practices and compliance standards
Experience with scheduling, estimating, and design coordination
