Job Title: Psychologist – Specialized

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for individuals with mental and emotional disorders.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in a specialized area of psychological practice and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, patient-centered care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
This role involves working with diverse patient populations and delivering evidence-based psychological services in both routine and crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct psychological evaluations through interviews, observations, and standardized testing

Diagnose mental and emotional disorders and identify treatment needs
Treatment & Intervention

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide psychotherapy to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues

Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Collaboration & Care Coordination

Work with interdisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient care

Coordinate with internal and external providers for referrals and follow-up care
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records and reports

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
Continuous Improvement & Development

Stay updated with advancements in clinical psychology practices

Participate in professional development, training, and research activities

Contribute to policy development and best practice guidelines
Qualifications
Education
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution
Licensing
Experience
-
Specialized training and clinical experience in a specific area of psychology (e.g., child, addiction, pain management, corrections, etc.)

Experience across the full cycle of patient assessment and treatment
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of clinical psychology and assessment techniques

Expertise in psychotherapeutic interventions and treatment planning

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle diverse patient needs, including special populations
