Job Title: Radiologist – Body Imaging & PET/CT
Job Overview
The Radiologist – Body Imaging & PET/CT is responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies with a focus on body imaging and advanced modalities such as PET/CT.
This role involves working in an outpatient imaging setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnostic Imaging

Interpret a wide range of imaging studies, including MRI, CT, PET/CT, and X-ray.

Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports.
2. Patient Care

Ensure high standards of patient care and safety in imaging procedures.

Collaborate with referring physicians to support clinical decision-making.
3. Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with radiologists, physicians, technicians, and support staff.

Communicate findings effectively to healthcare providers.
4. Clinical Operations

Perform duties in an outpatient imaging environment.

Support efficient workflow and imaging operations.
5. Quality & Compliance

Adhere to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Training
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility).
Experience & Skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiology preferred.

Strong expertise in body imaging and diagnostic interpretation.

Experience with PET/CT and oncologic imaging is a plus.

Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work Environment

Outpatient imaging center setting.
