KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Imaging Interpretation & Diagnosis
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic imaging studies including CT scans, ultrasounds, X-rays, and fluoroscopic procedures
Determine appropriate imaging techniques based on patient history, symptoms, and clinical indications
Correlate imaging findings with clinical data to provide accurate diagnoses
Prepare and document detailed diagnostic reports and communicate findings to referring physicians
Provide consultation to physicians regarding imaging results and recommendations for further evaluation
Administer contrast materials when required for imaging procedures
Collaboration & Care Coordination
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care and treatment planning
Support coordination of imaging services, including advising on equipment, staffing, and workflow improvements
Quality, Compliance & Safety
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
Training & Mentorship
Assist in training and mentoring clinical staff and imaging technicians
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Completion of an accredited residency program in Radiology
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
Valid and unrestricted medical license (state-specific)
Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging techniques and interpretation
Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
