Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dental procedures and ensure efficient clinic operations.
This role plays a key part in assisting dentists during treatments, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing a comfortable experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques

Prepare and organize operatory rooms and necessary instruments before procedures

Seat, prepare, and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment

Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure
-
Perform clinical tasks such as coronal polishing, sealants, and temporary crowns (as permitted)

Take dental impressions and prepare models for laboratory use
-
Handle instrument sterilization and maintain infection control standards

Prepare and deliver dental materials and anesthesia as directed

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures

Support patient education on oral hygiene and plaque control

Assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and front desk coordination when needed
Required Qualifications

Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) as per state regulations
-
Proven experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting

Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and
sterilization techniques

Strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with dental imaging (X-rays) and lab procedures

Familiarity with dental software and patient charting systems
