Overview Join a highly respected, accredited acute care facility that is driven by a profound commitment to employee well-being and exceptional patient care. Our 8-bed ICU provides a unique blended critical care experience, allowing you to care for a diverse patient population across ICU, stepdown, and telemetry levels. You will work closely with intensivists in an environment that fosters teamwork, professional growth, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.

• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions tailored to the patient.

• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.

• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent RN experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

• Current State RN License or Compact License with state endorsement.

• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Technical and Soft Skills

• Technical: Expertise in patient assessment, stabilization, clinical decision-making, and EMR documentation.
