Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roadway Project Manager to oversee and manage transportation and roadway engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management experience, and leadership skills to successfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
This role requires excellent communication abilities, sound engineering judgment, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
-
Manage roadway and transportation engineering projects from initiation through completion
-
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall project performance

Ensure projects are completed on time and
within budget
Client & Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and project documentation

Support proposal development, presentations, and
business development initiatives
Quality Assurance:
- Review project deliverables for quality assurance and compliance with standards
Documentation & Coordination:
- Coordinate project activities across engineering disciplines
Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of post-registration engineering experience (required)

Strong project management experience within roadway or
transportation projects
Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Authorization:
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus)

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience managing
multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Knowledge of quality control processes and
project coordination
